RUN CLUB
The Kineis Run Club is a social running group open to all levels, built around movement, connection, and shared progress.
Every Monday at 6:30 PM and on the first Saturday of each month, we meet for a structured yet accessible session that combines running skills, pace-based groups, and collective motivation.
The objective: to progress together and gradually increase distance, with the long-term goal of taking part in the 20 km of Brussels on May 31st.
No competition, no pressure just a supportive atmosphere where everyone runs at their own pace and enjoys the energy of the group.
Whether you’re getting back into running or working toward a personal challenge, the Kineis Run Club is about community first, consistency, and feeling good while moving.

Practical Info
Our meeting point is at 84 Avenue Winston Churchill, inside Kineis Gym, every Monday at 6:30 PM.
Make sure to stay visible during the run, bring your lamp or reflective gear for safety.
You can also leave your keys or small belongings in our secure space at the gym so you can run freely and enjoy the session.
